This agreement is for all photography produced by Corey Wright Photographer (CWP).  By engaging CWP for any commercial photography service you agree to the following.  CWP retains the copyright to all images/videos CWP produces.  Your price of photography grants you limited commercial usage rights and the images supplied are for the sole purpose of representing and marketing your product or business. You may use the images in all your efforts to market your business, product or services in both print and electronic mediums. These usage rights are not transferable, re-sellable or extended without written agreement for any other purposes other than stated below:Limited Usage Rights ^: 

1. Single Client, Non-Transferrable Commercial Use for marketing for 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. Use in newspaper/magazine Print and Electronic for display advertising or paid/sponsored editorial pieces.
3. No ownership of the digital negatives.
4. No printing for art or general display purposes without additional agreements.
5. No Third Party Use without additional agreements.

Extended & Exclusive Usage Rights:

The Extended & Exclusive License entitles you to exclusive use of the images.  CWP will not retain rights to sell images to third parties or as stock photography.  If you are interested in the Extended & Exclusive license, please contact Corey to discuss the details and fees involved with this license.  Any additional usage of photos produced by CWP will need additional approval in writing by CWP. Usage rights are not transferable or re-sellable without written agreement from CWP. 

 ^ Third party use of any photography is only allowed upon writing agreement between CWP and third party. CWP retains all rights to images produced and the rights sell our images to any other interested party.* CWP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at anytime.
